I was inspired to make this smoothie when I was in Saint Lucia and had so many amazing, delicious mangoes! Did you know that one cup of mango provides 100% of your daily vitamin C and over 1/3 of your vitamin A? The blueberries, spinach, and almond butter also provide lots of antioxidants, fiber, healthy fats, and protein! Drink up!!

Serves: 1
Time: 5 minutes
Ingredients:
1 cup unsweetened almond milk
1 cup tightly packed spinach
1/2 cup frozen mango
1/2 cup frozen blueberries
1 scoop vanilla protein powder (try to find one without added sugar)
1 Tbsp almond butter
1/4 tsp local honey (optional)
Directions:
Combine all of the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
